Likewize is searching for a Sales Support Analyst to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization and will manage all facets of the support functions essential to the sales force productivity. You will maintain effective communications with executives and managers across the company and its customers to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of field operations. Included in these responsibilities is managing the overall support functions essential to ensure external customer satisfaction, as well as effective training and optimization of existing operational processes and sales reporting. These functions to help coordinate customer and sales organizations include planning, reporting, communication, sales proposals management, and supply, delivery, and quality management. The ideal candidate will have a background in distribution, supply chain planning, logistics, and customer support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to;
  • Assist in leading, evaluating, and training all support functions assigned to the sales group
  • Monitor day to day operations and improve processes and procedures to meet secondary market team’s needs. Responsible for direct and supportive customer interface and support for customer supply requirements. Ensure that the end-to-end operations are managed to customer requirements and meet or exceed order quality, velocity/predictability, and cost perspective standards
  • Manage all ad-hoc sales data analysis as assigned
  • Ensure accurate planning and forecasting in collaboration with Operations team
  • Follow up with Sales Representatives for data, sales situations, and review information for accuracy and/or required action
  • Service support and communication to customers, intercompany and sales organization relating to sales opportunities/risks, and quality issues
  • Assist with Customer Onboarding and/or reassess customer requirements to devise, develop, obtain agreement, implement and maintain customer care programs for secondary market team’s customers
  • Assist in coordinating of major events such as customer visits, sales training, and sales conferences
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Develop customer, internal, and external contacts to provide service for the above mentioned requirements that insure the service provided is in line with customer expectations and performs to established goals and objectives
  • Organizes and manages all global intercompany commercial and financial transactions for secondary market team including reporting, sales support, credit memos, debit memos, transportation, duties and fees
  • Interfaces directly and/or in support of secondary markets most strategic customers and intercompany partners. Includes product planning, allocation and communication with high degree of accuracy

Requirements/Skills

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in effectively interfacing and supporting sales team
  • Minimum of 1 year of supply chain operations and customer-facing professional experience in managing multi-departmental projects for multiple accounts
  • Experience with wireless industry, 3PL and/or 4PL in a project management, account support and/or sales operations role is preferred
  • Experience with large ERP systems (JDE, SAP) and RLS WMS portal Radio Beacon required
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) including Excel charts and pivot tables
  • Ability to recognize strategic concepts and execute on details
  • Multi-level customer relationship development and account management experience
  • Experience with Vendor (CPFR) relationships
  • Experience with Retail Vendor Partnership systems and requirements
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of beginning-to-end sales processes, procedure, and controls
  • Team player with good inter-personal interaction, problem solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear focus on timely deliveries
  • Multitask oriented with proven self-management, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and learn new tasks independently
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, sound research and analytical skills
  • Must excel at managing competing priorities with the utmost diligence
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous issues with creative and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Conducts themselves with a high degree of integrity and respect for others.
