Job description
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by handling a broad array of administrative duties.
- Create and update customer sales presentations to support sales meetings.
- Maintain Sales Calendar, including account meetings, trade events, and business milestones.
- Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer quote sheets and participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales activities.
- Customer setup forms and portal input (spec sheets, new item input).
- Coordinating customer image requests and updating customer portals with images, descriptions.
- Forecast/Sales reservations in NetSuite.
- Prepare customer pricing and quote sheets.
- Update and maintain records in an organized manner.
- Input new items as they become available for Sell In Opportunity.
- Manage and coordinate sample needs for distributors, tradeshows, and customers.
- Support customer samples requests and tracking.
- Coordinate showroom and tradeshow materials and resources.
- Maintain tradeshow costs and sales.
- Maintain promotions, adding to system, maintaining historical data for recommendations for future promotions.
- Create customer mailing, email list, and update regularly.
- 5+ years of experience in sales administration or as an executive assistant in a high-volume office environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with NetSuite.
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Passion for toys and children's products.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
