JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:

Professionally facilitate client business and provide support to Business Managers, Key Account Managers and Retail Operations to ensure client, customer and company expectations are met. We are seeking a motivated, self-starter with a high level of time management and organizational skills and great attention to detail to work in a positive, fast growing client driven, collaborative team based environment. Must be able to drive projects from inception to completion with little guidance. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of personnel within the Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, process, and reconcile claims and deductions in a timely manner to keep clients trade financial statements current.
  • Prepare contracts and track spending activity for client planning and promotions via on-line customer portals.
  • Process customer orders accurately and timely and communicate with clients, as necessary, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  • Communicate all necessary account information to our customers to ensure proper handling of new items, promotions, and price changes.
  • Create new item forms when required.
  • Organize and maintain files as necessary.
  • Resolve problems in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with Corporate Office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
