Sales Support Specialist Position

Do you have a love for fitness? Our specialized fitness company is in immediate need of a creative, energetic, and qualified in-house Sales Support Specialist based in our Fort Myers office. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday, while prioritizing the most important tasks. Although having a previous Sales Support position would be helpful, it is not required. In-house training will be provided. If you are just looking for another job…then this position is not for you. Responsibilities and Duties

· Provide daily comprehensive sales and design support to our dealer network.

· Communicate frequently with Management to develop and implement new methods and procedures for increasing sales, promoting brand awareness and expanding market territory.

· Handle administrative duties for the organization.

· Answering Phone Calls and engaging with customers daily to answer questions, resolving any issues, initiate follow-up on leads and set up new accounts.

· Take the lead on marketing projects, including email campaigns, social media, mailings and trade shows.

· Process orders and coordinate shipments with Warehouse Manager.

· Track Shipments (with assistance from Logistics Manager).

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

· Reliable and detail-oriented with proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods.

· Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multi-tasking skills.

Preferred:

· Some sales/sales support experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing. Experience with multiple industry tools and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, online database management/email campaigns and various social media platforms.

*Pay rate commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
