Summary
Haverford Systems, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based provider of video hardware solutions for live streaming and videoconferencing, seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for the implementation, administration and optimization of the CRM platform for our portfolio of global, national and regional brands, including PTZOptics, HuddleCamHD, and Haverford Systems Integration.
Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience managing deployments across multiple Salesforce functions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Pardot. This role will focus on day-to-day administration, optimization and reporting, as well as long-range planning and development.
While our headquarters are located in Downingtown, PA, qualified candidates interested in hybrid and/or remote-work opportunities are also invited to apply. Onsite meetings may be required from time to time, especially in the beginning.
Responsibilities
This Salesforce Administrator role is responsible for the administration of the Haverford Systems Salesforce platform, both long-term and day-to-day.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
- Implementing and documenting Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Sandbox environment management
- Identifying and gathering requirements, and translating into best-practice, scalable solutions
- Identifying unused or underutilized platform features
- Creating a platform roadmap and defining priorities in collaboration with stakeholders
- Communicating platform changes to relevant end users and stakeholders
- Performing regular data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Fielding user support requests
- Monitoring and improving user adoption
- New user and ongoing user training
- Developing technical documentation
Qualifications and Background
Required:
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot and Experience Cloud / Digital Experiences
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
Preference given to candidates with:
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
- Understanding of sales process and methodologies to support setup as needed
