Hi All,

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver high-quality customer experience and execute efficient software delivery processes

· Ability to motivate, effectively delegate and coach teams to create a positive and dynamic working atmosphere.

· Conduct workflow analysis, business process reviews and creates functional specifications.

· Ensure application resources are assigned appropriately to day-to-day support and projects.

· Manage outside vendors and contractors to ensure performance expectations and customer satisfaction.

· Provide support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.

· Coordinate analysis and resolve issues on all system upgrades and changes.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

· 5+ years of Salesforce and or other CRM Application Management experience

· More than 5 years’ experience operating in scaled Agile software delivery environment

· Experience maintaining executive-level communications, reports, and statuses

· Experience at least two full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in two of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, App Cloud

· Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience

· Sound understanding of software development life cycles, scripting, systems programming, Agile.

· ERP experience

Preferred:

· Salesforce Certifications

· Experience presenting to clients or other decision-makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

· Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
