Job Description

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, high-performing, and integrated Salesforce solutions. Identify and recommend appropriate Salesforce products, features, and third-party integrations to meet business objectives.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Salesforce architectural principles. Define and enforce coding standards, data management practices, and security controls to maintain the stability and scalability of the Salesforce platform.

System Integration: Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, including ERP, marketing automation, and customer support systems. Evaluate integration options, develop integration strategies, and ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems.

Data Architecture and Modeling: Define and optimize data architecture, data models, and data migration strategies within Salesforce. Collaborate with data teams to ensure data integrity, data governance, and accurate reporting and analytics capabilities.

Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize system performance. Monitor and analyze system usage, conduct regular audits, and implement enhancements to improve overall system efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to understand their requirements and align Salesforce solutions with their goals. Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and integration methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring code quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $98,224.94 - $191,064.58 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
