RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists Account Executives and Account Managers with all internal paperwork and data entry into Salesforce.
- Data Entry into Salesforce Includes: Creating a lead, new accounts, new contacts, new opportunities, request for design, request for estimate(s) and proposal; continuously updating records in real time.
- Strong follow up on team activity, keeping others adequately informed and completes administrative tasks correctly and on time.
- Create detailed written instruction for production based on client proposal, create detailed written instruction for multiple production departments using Microsoft Word template.
- Create, customize and run reports from Salesforce
- Using a project timeline template, help team members manage deadlines and deliverables
- Create and manage client files on behalf of Account Executives and Account Managers
- Open new jobs, create new job folders, maintain client and job files
- Process and distribute work orders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience within a sales support role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool is preferred
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to set priorities and see projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft systems such at Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong sense of urgency and follow up skills
- Self starter with ability to prioritize their workload
