Responsibilities:
- Leverage employment marketing strategy to build diverse quality pipelines for a variety of roles
- Responsible for identifying candidates and sourcing methods to fill positions with unique and/or hard to fill markets
- Drives the recruiting process with the hiring manager, from candidate sourcing, offer process, and through to acceptance
- Reviews resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates
- Manages the hiring process for selected candidates, including arranging interviews, debriefing the candidate and hiring manager, generating offer letters and partnering with the respective coordinator for the onboarding process
- May be asked to assume the roles and responsibilities of “acting” manager/supervisor by providing direction and motivation to recruiters in the absence of the manager/recruiting supervisor or as a temporary assignment for special projects
- This role requires high organizational and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience is preferred
- 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume retail recruiting environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of candidate sourcing and selection, including strategies, programs, vendors, and tools is required
- Must have a proven track record of success and be self-motivated
- Utilizes lateral thinking skills to approach solutions indirectly and creatively
Position Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Full cycle recruiting
- Leverage employment marketing strategy to build diverse quality pipelines for a variety of roles
- Sources prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards and community based organizations, as well as grass roots activities
- Responsible for identifying micro sources and testing to fill position with unique or hard to fill markets
- Drives the recruiting process with hiring manager, from source to the offer process and offer acceptance
- Reviews resumes for appropriate skill sets to qualify candidates
- Conducts behavior based pre-screen interviews
- Evaluates candidates against job requirements, engages candidate in the opportunity and presents qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager
- Manages the hiring process for selected candidates, including arranging interviews, debriefing the candidate and hiring manager, generating offer letters and partnering with the respective coordinator for the on boarding process
- May be asked to assume the roles and responsibilities of “acting” manager/supervisor by providing direction and motivation to recruiters in the absence of the manager/recruiting supervisor or as a temporary assignment for special projects
- Works closely with manager/supervisor to deliver progress and status updates
- Acts as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition systems and processes; able to train and mentor others on these systems and processes
- Involved in “Ramp up” initiatives, works with others to create strategies and deadlines to successfully execute hiring requirements
- Must perform the job safely and utilize proper safety techniques and use of equipment when appropriate.

Education Level: (Required) High School Diploma or GED

High volume recruiting experience or experience in a retail environment preferred

Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft office

Comprehensive knowledge of the sourcing, selection and talent acquisition field, including strategies, programs, vendors and tools is required
