SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Responsible for performing a variety of Linear (TV) and FAST (free ad supported tv) network scheduling tasks to support the Programming Department. This includes program data entry, working on day-to-day scheduling in Wide Orbit and Amagi, and distributing weekly schedules internally and to various partners.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day scheduling support for Circle’s Linear and FAST channels
• Assist with data entry of program listings in Wide Orbit, MediaStar and Amagi
• Create and distribute weekly schedules and channel listings
• Assist with content strategy and planning
• Track programming assets with internal teams
• Work closely with the Ad Sales and Traffic teams on scheduling details
• Assess competitor programming and provide feedback to team
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• B.A. Degree or equivalent, preferable with a broadcasting/media focus preferred

• General understanding or interest in television

• Must have ability to communicate effectively and tactfully - in person, over the phone and in writing

• Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline sensitive

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in Microsoft Office

• Wide Orbit, Amagi or similar software experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
