Currently, we’re hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school in Norman, Oklahoma. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP.
- $40-$42 an hour
- Hours per week: 37.5
- Start Date: 08/17/2023
- End Date: 05/23/2024
- Location: In-person.
- Bonus: 3k Assignment Bonus for New SHC Employees.
- Details: 2023-2024 School Year
- Could be working with students who have difficulty swallowing, or students with communication disorders
- SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
- SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
- Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree
- Oklahoma SLP License
- American Heart Association BLS
- School Experience is Preferred but not required
- ASHA Certification
