Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Software Team Management
• Software Management
• Interact with Project Lead and Engineering Team leads
• Attend all ET meetings to understand the project plan, issues, change priorities, blockers, and support needed
• Plan incoming work into releases and sprints for the team to work on
• Coach and train team members to understand Agile processes
• Host daily stand-up meetings.
• Interact with the product owner and understand the product backlog.
• Support sprint reviews
• Reporting
• Iteration/Sprint planning meetings, Retrospective
• Facilitating the elimination of any blockers for the team to continue working smoothly
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics,/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software management
• At least 5 years of experience working as a team leader for 5 or more team members
• Project management certification like CSM or PMP
