Sales Assistant - Seasonal Summer work – North Versailles
The Valley Pool & Spa Seasonal Sales Assistant is responsible for clerical work, answering phones and emails, responding to social media inquiries and chats, assisting with scheduling, and confirming deliveries. Help customers by answering questions regarding products or services and help office personnel with daily tasks. We provide fully paid training on everything that you need to know so no industry experience is required.
Monday – Friday day shift approx. 35 hours per week, some flexible scheduling
Summer work May through August /September
Opportunity for year-round work with benefits and 401K
- Strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office products
- Understand proper use of grammar and spelling
- Have basic knowledge of math and percentages
- You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to build rapport with customers via phone and writing
- Strongly committed to achieving completion of all tasks in a timely manner
- One or more years customer service experience is preferred
COMPENSATION:
$14 per hour
