Full Time Second Cook
Work with a skilled team of chefs and culinary professionals. As a part of the team you will be responsible for meet the demands of various meal schedules, dietary needs and restrictions. Following sanitary codes to ensure the utmost safety practices for our patients, residents and staff. Supervision of the kitchen staff in the absence of hierarchy above this position. Accept special patient requests. Assist culinary ambassadors with food distribution, temperature maintenance and prep. Be a resource to the nutritional services staff to accommodate those special requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of large scale cooking experience. Food Handlers certificate desired but not necessary to apply.
