Royce – US Protection Service is seeking a security professional to manage our Akron Ohio operations from its Akron office. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of the Security Guard business. Office administration skills and security/safety-related functions. This individual will lead a team of field supervisors, site managers, and security officers and will be additionally supported by an administrative assistant. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and will interact with clients across all industries. All applicants must have a working knowledge and experience in security operations.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Ø Oversee the daily Operations to include security officers, supervisors, and site supervisors.

Ø Must have 24/7 availability and be on call

Ø Manage the scheduling of staff for all accounts.

Ø Review daily reports and vehicle inspections.

Ø Interact with clients to ensure service is above satisfaction; both via telephone and in-person visits

Ø Maintains a customer service-oriented approach in providing a consultative service to clients and prospects alike.

Ø Oversee and monitor the Akron office vehicle maintenance program

Qualifications:

· Minimum three (3) years of security management experience

· Must have proven experience in the supervision of 30 or more employees.

· Must pass a background check

· Minimum 21 years of age
