Day To Day

We are looking for a professional Security Guard to provide security and safety of the guests, staff, and the hotel during the nighttime. The ideal candidate Is familiar and complies with Grand Beach Hotel standards and procedures. They will also watch for unusual, illegal, or dangerous activities occurring on the premises. Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access if required during the shift. Able to monitor fire & life safety systems. This is an un-armed job.

Requirements

· Must be able to pass a Drug Test

· Must be able to pass a background Test

· Proven security experience in a luxury hotel

· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

· Excellent organizational skills, Keen eye for detail and great communication and interpersonal abilities

· Good physical condition by regularly able to stand for long periods of time; walk; full dexterity in use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.

· “D” License from the State of Florida (CURRENT)

· High School diploma

· Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests and coworkers.

· Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms.

· Must pass a Written Exam

· Proficiency in effectively presenting information and respond to questions from guests, supervisors, and coworkers.

· Must be willing to learn how to conduct Inspections of the Hotel

· Must have good Customer Service Skills and or well Mannered

· Must have a good attitude, and willing to be a Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
