Gunn | Jerkens—a branding and marketing firm based in Long Beach, California—is seeking a Senior Account Manager with agency experience to work with our real estate developers and homebuilder clientele in the Orlando, Florida, market.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage the day-to-day duties of assigned accounts to ensure satisfied and happy clients
  • Function as the primary liaison between the client(s) and the agency
  • Direct and follow up on all assignments, tasks and projects in a timely manner so that the clients’ needs are met
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare and present deliverables in all facets of the clients’ assignments, tasks and campaigns
  • Prepare thoughtful and effective reports and presentations as needed
  • Maximize budgets to get the best return on investment for our clients
  • Regularly communicate with and update the client(s) on their assignments, tasks and campaigns
  • Review reports, trends and results and interpret data to make proactive recommendations to advance clients’ advertising and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the overall strategy of the assignments so as to addresses the clients’ goals and objectives
  • Maintain a balance between strategic planning and tactical implementation for multiple projects and clients
  • Develop knowledge and integrate new and useful technologies and resources
  • Consistently show strong leadership skills
  • Engage in regional, industry-related networking events (as needed)
  • Engage in daily video calls and/or collaboration sessions with the California-based team

Education and Experience

  • BS/BA degree
  • A minimum of 5–8 years of agency experience
  • Real estate and new home development experience a plus
  • A demonstrated command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
  • Showing up with consistently strong leadership skills and a highly motivated attitude

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
