We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the company. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business and 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the general ledger and ensure all journal entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform month-end close activities and prepare financial statements.
• Conduct monthly financial statement analyses and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries.
• Experience with month-end close activities and financial statement preparation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
