Job description

• Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
• Preparation and reporting of weekly and month-end reports
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Analysis of trial balance accounts and other key metrics of operations
• Support weekly cash flow analysis and cash management
• Participate in/oversee cash counts, inventories, etc.
• Support A/P and GL accountants
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting
• Participate in annual financial statement audit process
• Preparing financial analyses and reports.
• Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,711.00 - $90,000.00 per year
