Senior Associate Attorney Personal Injury - Virginia Bar or Maryland Bar License Required
Krum Gergely & Oates, LLC is in search of Senior Associate Attorney to join the team in the firm’s Fairfax and/or Rockville office. Virginia bar and/or Maryland bar is required. Working or conversational Spanish speaking/reading is preferred. The Senior Associate Attorney will lead the firm’s personal injury practice while supporting the managing Partners, and our traffic and criminal cases as the firm continues to grow. The Senior Associate Attorney will be working directly with clients and may be in court an average of four out of five days per week.
KGO is an expanding 15-person firm with offices in Virginia and Maryland. Our firm was established to provide an aggressive, passionate, and superior litigation team to people who find themselves involved in traffic, criminal, and personal injury matters. Since opening in 2017, the firm has expanded into other areas of practice, including family, trust & estates, and immigration.
Prior experience in personal injury cases is required, criminal defense or litigation is a plus. This position is ideal for someone who loves being in the courtroom and working directly to help people. The Senior Associate Attorney will receive collaboration from the Partners and other associate attorneys at the firm and will be well-supported by the highly capable staff at KGO.
Skills and Values:
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Prior personal injury case experience is required.
- Ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Facility with legal research.
- Desire to become a litigator, with the vast majority of your practice in court.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
