Key Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Assist with prototyping, demos, and soliciting end-user feedback
Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and Quality on bug reporting/resolution and to create test scenarios
Coordinate and perform tests, including end-user review and sign-off
Become a subject matter expert (SME) for IT solutions and related technologies (Salesforce, custom built mobile app, etc.)
Develop a deep understanding of the Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) sales business process and the impact of technology solutions
Apply trouble shooting techniques, root cause analysis, and Level 3 support for system related issues, involve more senior team members or vendor support as necessary
Work with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to provide comprehensive training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Enable users to leverage IT systems through OCM and training
Support the evaluation of AppExchange and partner solutions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree STEM or related field
6+ years of experience in IT, including as a Business System Analyst (4+ years of experience with a Master’s degree)
Experience managing enterprise SaaS solutions and external vendors
Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms to various audiences
Ability to map, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces with multiple systems
Quick learner of new applications and/or technologies
Adaptable to changing priorities and direction
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail, and perform duties with minimal supervision
Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global business environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce administration and configuration of AppExchange products
Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin Certification
Background supporting sales-based organizations and field-sales end-users
Experience supporting custom developed end-user applications
Proven track record of development and execution of a test strategy

For California, the base pay range for this position is $101,000 to $142,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
