In this role, you will play a part in determining the data strategy for the region, which will be the foundational layer for operational, financial and clinical initiatives. You will be working on integrating some legacy operations which will require careful consideration in building a data foundation for current integrations as well as for future initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers on a regular basis to gather requirements, analyze, create documents, perform impact analysis, and communicate project status
• Work with business and leadership stakeholders across platforms to enhance data quality
• Standardize data across multiple data domains from different systems
• Provide technical assistance, training, and mentoring to end-users
• Design, implement, and maintain on-prem and cloud-based data warehouses using T-SQL, SSIS, and SSAS
• Develop Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) processes to extract/load data from internal/external data sources
• Apply data and query management principles to maximize efficiency of processing
• Provide low-level database administration support
• Derive case scenarios to detect and address data issues to remediate data quality problems
• Research, evaluate, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns, including identification of gaps and opportunities for improvement of existing solutions
• Learn new technologies as needed to be able to perform job duties effectively
• Perform additional duties that are normally associated with this position, as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or data engineering-related field
• 5+ years of experience with data warehouses, data marts, dimensional modeling with an understanding of QA methodologies and changes
• 5+ years of experience using relational database technology, including writing, debugging, and performance tuning SQL queries
• 2+ years of experience developing ETL (Extract, transform, load) processes years of experience with SQL Server BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, Microsoft Power BI)
• Experience working with QlikView, Tableau, or SSRS

• Experience working with healthcare data
