About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with experience in ML Ops to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience with the full ML lifecycle and would have experience optimizing AI teams workflows and the continuous deployment and improvement of their models. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable ML infrastructure that can help develop, improve and track our models in production.
You Will
- Design and develop a scalable ML infrastructure that can help in tracking datasets, achieve repeatable training/experimentation and continuously improve models in production.
- Work closely with data scientists to build and maintain production-grade machine learning models.
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of ML models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of ML models in production.
- Evaluate and implement new ML technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ML infrastructure.
You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience in building scalable systems.
- Proven experience designing and building ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines, using any of the open-source frameworks (eg. MLFlow, ClearML, KubeFlow, MetaFlow, etc…) or through building a custom proprietary framework.
- Proficiency with Python and Java.
- Strong understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Scala.
- Experience with Akka, or other Scala-based frameworks.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Kafka, redis, prometheus, elasticsearch.
Compensation
$180,000.00 - $225,000.00
