Job Title: Sitework Senior Estimator
Location: Brockton, MA - On Site
Salary: $125k - $180k+ - dependent on experience
Requirements: 5+ years experience in estimating for sitework and heavy civil construction

We are hiring a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for sitework and heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate has experience reviewing and presenting estimates to internal and external customers, developing subcontractor scopes, and has a passion for ensuring that our client's expectations are exceeded from pre-bid through the construction process.

We are hiring a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for sitework and heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate has experience reviewing and presenting estimates to internal and external customers, developing subcontractor scopes, and has a passion for ensuring that our client's expectations are exceeded from pre-bid through the construction process.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, time requirements, etc.
- Develop subcontractor scope, vendor analysis, solicitation, selection, etc.
- Communicate with internal and external customers through the bid and construction process
- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
What You Need for this Position
- Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating in heavy civil, sitework, and infrastructure construction
- Experience with Construction Link, Agetck Timberline, Microsoft Project, or comparable software
- Strong portfolio of sitework projects
- Experience with deep excavation, earth support, utility roadways finishes, public and private projects , suburb and inner city
