Moog is seeking a reliable and independent Senior Executive Assistant (Information Technology) to support the Chief Information Officer and the IT executive team. This individual will be working at our East Aurora, NY Moog location.
Responsibilities:
  • Involved in performance management of the global IT function, including tracking OKR progress, building dashboards and reporting.
  • Facilitate and manage the design of our IT project workspaces and office seating arrangements
  • Manage intranet content for IT function and support communications and management of distribution lists.
  • Event planning for leadership functions and employee morale events
  • Direct management of two-person reception staff for Corporate HQ
  • Addressing shifting priorities and meeting continuously changing work deadlines with initiative
  • Assuring courteous, effective, and highly professional interfaces of the Information Technology function with a wide variety of other persons and organizations, inside and outside the company.
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks in support of the IT executive leadership team including meeting planning and support, management of calendars, and travel arrangements.
Basic Qualifications:
  • An Associate degree in management information systems, computer science, business or related field. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A high level of attention to detail is required to execute these responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability and desire to learn software used by the executive team including ServiceNow.
  • Providing highly efficient and comprehensive executive-level administrative service, maintaining confidentiality on sensitive information.
  • Considerable tact, poise, and demonstration of practical judgment, as well as knowledge of company functions, people, policies, and procedures.
  • Anticipation of needs and self-motivation in a fast-paced role working with and supporting various executives and teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with officers of the company, external suppliers, and other departments throughout the organization.

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
