Position Summary:
The scope of responsibility requires individual initiative to assimilate data from various sources, analyze and report the data, and recommend alternative solutions in support of the business.
Essential Responsibilities:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide support to the business on preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to IP/HQ.


Assist in preparation of monthly financial results and analysis of key financial performance metrics and participate in the monthly closing process and monthly account reconciliations


Development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on operating effectiveness of the organization.


Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.


Assist the FP&A Manager on monthly factory forecasts based on input from the Operations team. Provide input to monthly business reviews. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities against budget and forecast.

Proactively support the Valve Management with ad hoc analysis related to all aspects of company performance including Sales and Marketing analysis.

Position Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required. A CPA is strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting roles, preferable on FP&A roles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • PC Skills with Windows and Office Programs, mainly Excel (advance level required), Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the effective implementation of procedures and to support operational business requirements.
  • Build through teamwork: develop trust, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to initiate and lead projects/teams, drive actions and provide recommendations for decision making
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand/interpret complex data and communicate it in a simple way across functional groups
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual who independently develops solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively and confidently with all levels of the organization.
