Job overview:
PST is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a ~$900M business. This position will be based in Indianapolis, IN and reports to the Director of Finance with significant interactions with the CFO of PST.
Primary responsibilities:
- Coordinates all closing, budgeting, and business-wide analysis for PST business
- PL plus B/S
- Capital / Cash Management
- Monthly reporting on the consolidated financial results, forecast and variances on the ~$900M total business including:
- Monitor and manage key business drivers of financial results, appropriately communicate business trends
- Provides consolidated financial results and strategic support to business leaders, including financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis,
- Manage business financial statements/reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including revenue, bookings and working capital
- Liaise with shared services in Indianapolis to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for transactions
- Hyperion lead for global PST
- Coordinate with Linde on corporate changes and updates, including data validation
- Training leader for new team members
- Ad hoc business requests across the totality of PST
- Helping to drive key digitalization projects in the PST business
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in an operations or manufacturing environment preferred
- Systems experience: Oracle financial system, Hyperion Essbase; Familiarity with experience in Tableau and/or Power BI plus experience using other Microsoft power apps a significant benefit
- Must be able to effectively develop relationships and partner with the business to drive results
- No significant travel required
