Description:

The Senior Recruiters primary focus is to maintain and recruit a continual pipeline of highly-quality candidates to work in our rural emergency departments and urgent cares located in AR, MS, LA, MO and AL. Each recruiter is responsible for attracting top physicians, strategically initiating contact and building excellent relationships to ensure a superior candidate experience with full cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Generate recruiting strategies to determine and attract professional candidates that align with contract requirements.
  • Generate leads utilizing tools such as cold calling, database sourcing, internet sources, medical associations, mass mailings and referrals. Independent decision making evaluating the candidates’ abilities, skill level and organizational match.
  • Maintain integrity of the ACT database by accurately capturing all candidate activity.
  • Inform physician candidates of hospital locations, compensation, composite development, malpractice details, and community facts.
  • Negotiate compensation and future schedule with new physicians
  • Routinely report on candidate recruitment activity and expected hire dates.
  • Assist in collection of all new physician paperwork needed to complete credentialing process.
  • Assist Scheduling Department with open shifts and full time and part time needs.
  • Attend local and national conventions, conferences, and site visits to Hospitals in perspective state.
  • High degree of initiative, creativity, and willingness to accept responsibility.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare weekly reports on recruiting activity and candidates.
  • The ability to interact effectively with leaders, colleagues, and administrative personnel.
  • Hospital particular information for internal Stat Sheet on all new startups.
  • Compensation surveys for marketing proposals.

Qualified Candidates

Healthcare /Sales experience.

3 years or more of successful recruiting in a professional environment.

Excellent interpersonal, written, phone and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.

Negotiation capabilities and history of achieving goals.

Limited Travel, occasional nights and weekends required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
