Acara Solutions is seeking a remote Senior HR Generalist for biotech company headquartered in Radnor, PA.

Pay rate is up to $60/hour based on relatable experience

This is a long-term contract position with potential to be considered for direct hire employment

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Human Resources
• Minimum 2 years Workday systems experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience working for a medium to large size corporate company preferred
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
• Master's degree preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day employee relations support to functional line leaders and associates
• Provide training, and administer HRIS tasks
• Assist the HRBP to implement key strategic HR processes and programs
• Help support and champion organizational change and talent initiatives
• Conduct employee relation investigations and facilitates effective communications and collaborative problem-solving strategies to prevent or resolve employee relations issues under the direction of the HRBP
• Work with line leaders on talent management processes such as goal setting, providing appropriate feedback during performance appraisals, and assists in creating individual development plans in support of a performance driven culture
• Create HR analytics to identify trends and opportunities; assists HRBP to develop strategies and tactics based on those trends
• Participate in functional staff meetings and provides HR insights on business issues
• Assist in projects and/or participates as a project team member on company-wide HR initiatives
• Assists in implementing HR policies and procedures as well as monitoring the effectiveness of these programs. Assist assigned functional teams with the understanding of these programs
