Job description
Compass Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician to service and repair various heating and cooling systems in the East Dundee, IL area. Our HVAC technicians typically work Monday - Friday with occasional on-call hours. We pay our Senior HVAC Service Technicians a competitive salary of $40,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A SENIOR HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- 3+ years of experience in an HVAC technician position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license and a clean driving record
- Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screenings
