Senior IT Administrator (Local only/Mid-level/Full Time Permanent)
Job description
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management,
- Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Experience with SQL Server database.
- Experience leading at least one full enterprise ERP upgrade, JDE experience preferred.
- Experienced with designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint environments.
- Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development.
- Proficient with MS Project or similar software and MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams.
- Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively manage staff.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff, business stakeholders, end users, management, and others outside the organization.
- Experience estimating project costs.
