EMPLOYER: AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LPTITLE: Senior Manager, Brand Analytics
LOCATION: Wilmington, DE
HOURS: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hours/week)
DUTIES: Provide leadership and strategic direction that delivers competitive advantage through the application of end-to-end analysis and insight across both Global and U.S. market. Pioneer and embed leading-edge analytic techniques and generate local market knowledge which lead to superior fact-based decision-making. Apply advanced methods and statistical procedures on large and disparate datasets. Design and conduct analytics using physician-level data, anonymous patient-level data, and other big data sets. Guide brand marketing teams, supporting and designing commercial solutions, enabling data-driven decisions based on rigorous analysis. Work with syndicated and custom, primary and secondary data, for both predictive and prescriptive analytics.
REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Operations Research or a related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the role offered, as a Data Analyst or in a related role. Must have four (4) years of experience with all of the following: Statistical Analysis & Modeling including designing Experiments, Time Series, Regression, Applied Econometrics and Bayesian methods; Using Data Mining, Predictive Modelling & Machine Learning algorithms; Manipulating and extracting insights from large longitudinal data sources; Managing and analyzing a range of large, secondary transactional datasets; and Conducting Optimization & Simulation. Additionally, must possess two (2) years of experience using SQL, Python, and/or, R. In the alternative, Employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field of study plus two (2) years of experience. Any combination of education, experience or training is acceptable.
