We are excited to expand our Associate and Organizational Development team within the Oracle Health Consulting organization. As a Senior Learning Development Manager you will collaborate with other learning professionals within the team to ensure learning solutions created support Oracle Health Consulting’s performance and development needs for employees, contingent workers and System Integrator consulting partners. This position requires the ability to influence, communicate and collaborate effectively with audiences at all levels. A strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills are critical to the development and maintenance of relationships with business stakeholders and peers within Oracle.

The Senior Learning Development Manager should have end-to-end project experience: stakeholder alignment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The manager will partner with business leaders and peers to evaluate the scope and work effort required to provide innovative, quality learning solutions that address complex business needs. This position requires knowledge of learning theory and industry best practices and manages a team of learning designers. The Senior Learning Development manager should model behaviors that demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, engagement, and commitment to action while developing trust, respect, and collaboration within the team.
