Job description

The Role:

• Foster and drive best practice sharing across Commercial BU ERP process teams and in close collaboration with the Global Supply Chain organization.
• Monitor and manage ERP operational systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle EBS, Legacy systems) and applications integrated with ERP systems.
• Managing T-minus activities, ensuring all activities are planned and implemented.
• Participation in P1/P2 bridge call, drive, and coordinate discussion with Catalent stakeholders and vendors
• Monitor and facilitate recovery and maintenance activities with our IT infrastructure and network teams.
• Work with our ERP deployment teams in managing transition to steady state.
• Meet all compliance expectations of maintaining our ERP systems.
• Manage periodic review of SOP and Work instructions.
• Establish and Govern escalation and communication process.
• 15% travel expectations (domestic & international)
• Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience required
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Relevant experience may include:

Background or exposure to the life sciences or other regulated industry
Background or exposure to ERP system implementation and/or operation

• Primary – JDE/SAP ERP Implementation, Release Development, Problem Management, Supply Chain Operations, IT Validation.
• Secondary- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access and Visio - Project/Program Management Experience
• Others – Life Sciences domain skills, Wide knowledgeable of SOX, FDA cGMP/GLP and related regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
