What we need:

We are seeking a smart, driven individual who can learn new concepts quickly and is open to new ideas. The Senior .NET Core Developer will be responsible for design and development of applications for TackleAI’s Artificial Intelligence platform. This position requires you to be able to work independently but also ask for guidance and recommendations when necessary.

You will be involved in all areas of development, including coding, testing and debugging highly complex server-based applications using the latest tools and technologies. In addition, you will branch/merge source code, facilitate deployments via the deployment team and work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop customized software for new and existing business.

Reports To:

This position reports to the .Net Manager with dotted line to CTO

Your Skills:

Strong communication skills, analytics and decisive insight are critical for this position. You must be able to multi-task with efficiency and meet the expectations of both internal and external customers while working autonomously. Aptitude for learning and a passion for technology will be a strong fit for both the organization and development team. This is a cohesive environment, where focus and action are critical, and success is greatly rewarded as software development is key for our growth and the overall success of our business.

What you will do:

• Write clean, scalable code
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
• Create and test software prototypes
• Assist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirements
• Coordinate with other software professionals and developers

Required Experience:

• 5+ years .NET (C#)
• SQL Server
• OO, design patterns, SOLID principles
• Unit testing, dependency injection, TDD, mocking frameworks
• Git

Preferred Experience:

• Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, XP)
• Continuous Integration
• Experience with AI technologies and concepts
• C++
• Microservice Architecture
