· NBACC (Ft. Detrick, MD) or offsite with travel

· Provide analysis of biosecurity requirements, regulations, and guidance to the Security Director

· Provides original thought in application of biosecurity principals to the generation of Security Plans, Post Orders, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

· Keep abreast of changes and advances in the areas of national security, critical infrastructure protection, interagency security, industrial security, systems security and personnel security, and other disciplines impacting on management and administration of the biosecurity and the security program

· Researches novel methods and measures to protect Biological Select Agents and Toxins (BSAT) and counter insider threats

· Participate in meetings, seminars, working group and the like, to ensure safeguards for the protection of biological select agents and toxins, valuable biological materials, classified and sensitive but unclassified information, whether in hard copy or in electronic form, are appropriately addressed and afforded applicable protections in all applications

· Generates and conducts comprehensive and ongoing biosecurity training program that addresses the unique security response and recovery operations in a high containment laboratory to include Biosafety level 4 (BSL-

4) facilities

· Performs Inquires at the direction of the Security Director

· Possesses team management and leadership skills to utilize Project Management Office efficiently in accordance with identified priorities and resources

· Produce timely and accurate reports, responses to inquiries, development of client-driven requirements and deliverables

· Proficient in multiple writing formats such as, narratives, reports, memos, presentation materials, and the like

· Analyzes and develops Guard Procedures, processes, and various reports associated with NBACC Security

· Ability to work collaboratively with all ONL team members

· Familiar with Microsoft office suite of programs, especially MS Project, Excel, and Word
