About The Team

  • CoverMyMeds’ 3rd Party Logistics Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help develop and own our Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) product offering. Our Team is passionate about helping pharmaceutical manufacturers deliver their therapies to sites of care through streamlined logistics and reporting solutions. Together with our various business units, the work our 3PL business does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.

What You'll Do

  • As a Senior Product Manager your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect:
  • Drives and implements product direction based on synthesis of industry and market research performed
  • Carries out varying P&L responsibilities ($$ relating to complexity and portfolio size), including providing guardrails on pricing, deal support, and managing financials
  • Proactively engages with Commercial and Operations teams to identify value proposition, drive alignment and understanding of product evolution, and properly position products in the marketplace
  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, makes recommendations to assess product needs and implements solutions (driving for significant impact) within area of responsibility of increased complexity, scale, and scope (e.g., across multiple tech stacks, stakeholders, networks)
  • Uses influence to move teams through buy-in of product direction, recommendations, and business need; encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when to take action, engage and adjust
  • Drives customer co-innovation opportunities to implement MVP product recommendations
  • Ensures features and product direction are legal and compliant, collaborates with the legal/compliance teams to triage issues that may occur, and makes recommendations to leadership

Skills You’ll Need

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Ability to sell products and features to prospective clients
  • An ability to take an outside-in product and feature development approach that drives positive customer experience
  • Strong project management acumen
  • Passion for working directly with clients and customers of clients to uncover unique needs and develop solutions to accommodate them
  • Must be able to develop internal and external communication plans
  • Ability to present project updates to executive level stakeholders

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of DSCSA regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in healthcare or another highly regulated industry
  • Project Management
  • Financial Acumen
  • P&L Management
  • PMP Certification a plus

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$111,000 - $185,000
