Required Knowledge/Skills:

· Managing quality assurance on large government projects.

· Must have experience in providing quality assurance for projects of duration greater than 6 months and more than 50 stakeholders.

· Must have excellent communications skills, including both written and verbal skills.

· Must have professional facilitation skills.

· Must have experience in creating project level risk and issue management plans.

Additional Required Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in Quality Management within IT projects (preferably with budgets greater than $10 million and multi-phase, multi-year implementations)

· 3+ years of experience in verbal and written communication with clients and technical staff in English

· Intermediate+ level knowledge and understanding to support research and ability to apply concepts, of the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
