We currently have an opening for a Senior Quality Assurance Incoming Inspector in our Clarksburg MD office. The desired candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

- Carry out written and oral instructions.
- Inspect to determine acceptability of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) materials to the visual and dimensional attributes of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) data sheets.
- Inspect to determine acceptability of custom materials (PCB, fabricated metal parts, cables, textile part, plastic parts, etc.) to part specific engineering drawings.
- Identify and report nonconforming material.
- Interface with the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
- Maintain high ethical standards, including compliance with all company procedures.
- Junior level inspector mentoring.

US Citizenship Required. Must meet training and certificate requirements for working in a TSA shipping/receiving facility.- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5 plus years’ experience in manufacturing / inspection environment.
- Proficient with ASQ CQI Body Of Knowledge
- Proficient in use of inspection attribute and variable gauges including but not limited to pin gauges, radius gauges, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, drop gauges, force gauges, profilometer, etc.
- Highly proficient in programing inspection Coordinate Measuring Machines, (CMMs) including application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience in inspecting electrical / mechanical assemblies.
- Knowledge of IPC standards.
- Ability to read and understand technical data documentation.
- Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in English - both written and verbal.
- Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.
