The Challenge to Solve
Make our Sales department as sophisticated and efficient as possible, empowering us to spread Slice's value to as many pizzerias as possible.
The Role
As the Senior Sales Enablement Trainer, you will create innovative training content and experiences that are as enjoyable as they are effective. You will help design new hire training and continued education content for our Sales and Partner Success teams. You will own projects and build processes from start to finish, collaborating across Sales, Partner Success, Product, Marketing, and others to support and reinforce training to ensure we are operating at the top of our game.
The Team
The Enablement team manages the onboarding and continued training of Slice's revenue-facing teams. The team includes a collaborative group of Trainers, Coordinators, Content Creators, and Project Managers working remotely and in-person at our offices in New York City, Belfast, and Macedonia. You would also partner cross-functionally, working with numerous teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and others. This role reports to the Senior Director, Sales and Post Sales Operations & Enablement.
The Winning Recipe
We're looking for creative and enthusiastic content developers and training specialists who are excited to build world-class partner-facing teams and help empower local small businesses across the US. These are the core competencies this role calls for:
- 3-5+ years of sales training experience
- Experience writing copy and building training content for customer-facing teams
- Experience transforming information from multiple sources into easy-to-understand learning resources without requiring past knowledge or background on the topic
- Familiarity with Enablement-related accountability and measurements that prove program effectiveness and uncover areas of improvement (e.g., pre/post surveys, knowledge checks, scorecards, certifications etc)
- Experience building interactive learning programs using eLearning tools and/or video/audio production tools from start to finish without additional support
- Track record of managing and delivering multiple tasks efficiently, effectively and on time
- Well organized and thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

Salary Range: $100-120k OTE + benefits.

The Hiring Process
