NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association is recruiting for a Senior Savings Plan Specialist to join our benefits team. Candidate will provide leadership to the Savings Plan department and serve as the primary trainer for new department staff. Will be responsible for developing productivity and quality analysis reports for the Vice President of Savings Plan Services. This position also serves as the liaison with Savings Plan software vendors and the plan’s custodian to ensure accurate and time processing of contributions to the NTCA Savings Plan.

This position requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, the ability to review and analyze data, and proficiency with spreadsheet and database applications. The ideal candidate will have a working understanding of basic accounting principles and relevant work experience. An understanding of retirement plan administration and/or employee benefits is desirable. A meticulous and thoughtful training plan ensures success for the right candidate
