Morris Business Solutions is the premier office technology provider in North and South Carolina. This role will involve maintaining of a local territory, and willing to be a level 2 supporting field-role. This includes the ability to meet with other technicians to assist when an escalation is required and taking on challenging situations. The high standards of service we provide to our clients has played a crucial role in maintaining our high rate of retention, along with gaining new business.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have minimum 5 years of technical experience with copiers and other office equipment.
Basic computer skills: scan to email, scan to folder, Install Drivers. knowledge of Fiery or Papercut are helpful, but not required.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to problem solve and maintain client integrity and relationships.
Willingness to travel.
Works efficiently to manage, and resolve service calls.
Perform repair and/or assists with service calls.
Valid Driver’s License.
Team player.
