ServiceNow ITBM BA

Job Segment: Application Developer, Implementation Manager, Technology
- MUST have knowledge of ITBM suite
- Working knowledge of core ITBM applications such as Demand, PPM, Ideation, Program, etc.
- Identify business scopes and requirements
- Drive business solutions from inception to implementation
- Understand business strategy and priorities and drive implementation planning
- Partner with Process Owners to understand and capture functional and data requirements in Service Now SDLC
- Well versed with Agile process (Sprints / Stories / Releases) and related terminology (especially within ServiceNow)
- Work with technical teams to define non-functional and technical requirements
- Document detailed process flows and use cases
- Should have working knowledge of ServiceNow
- MUST have knowledge of ITBM suite
Certification a plus
- Certified System Administrator (must have)
- Certified Application Developer (good to have)
- CIS-Project Portfolio Management (good to have)
Required Skills -
- Experience with ServiceNow ITBM, ITSM modules
- Working knowledge of 3rd party Integrations with ServiceNow
- 2+ years of Experience in ITBM module implementation
- Scrum know-how
- Good in scripting languages
- Excellent communicator; leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with internal and external customer , Maintain high Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Building, High-level presentation to Top Management
