Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly close process
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales/use tax filings and payment
• Review of monthly sales reports under accrual accounting methods
• Reconciliation of various bank statements to General Ledger
• Update and maintain fixed asset schedules
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports
• Perform other duties as requires and assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience working with general ledger
• High attention to detail/accuracy
• Positive Energy
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate knowledge in Excel)
