Our Operations team is seeking a Senior Supply Planner for FIJI Water who will be responsible to provide a supply plan to support our global sales strategy, and manage inventory levels across the US, Canada, Europe & Australia warehouses. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Planning, this is a great opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is looking for high visibility and the chance to be a key member of a dynamic department that impacts supply chain processes.


Job Description
  • Manage and publish production/shipments plan and confirm the plan is within capacity constraints, while maintaining optimal inventory levels at all warehouses.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, raw materials, ocean carriers, and production team to avoid any production setbacks
  • Maintain and track inventory levels/weeks of coverage by SKU across all US and International warehouses between established goals to support sales strategy
  • Work closely with distribution team to optimize inventory levels based on warehousing capacity and cost
  • Oversee aging and hold inventory by working closely with the logistics and quality team
  • Provide support to the customer service & logistics team to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled
  • Responsible for maintaining the 5-year supply plan and ensure it is up to date with long term strategic planning decisions
  • Supervise Supply Planner to ensure shipments POs and bookings are created on time and correctly, communicate shipping forecasts with third party shipping carriers, and manage empties containers requirements to meet production plan

Qualifications
  • BS/BA required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Management.
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain planning or related experience preferred
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Outlook
  • 1+ years of managing others
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Proven success in a fast paced, results oriented, and continually changing environment
  • Experience with any MRP or supply planning software such as Oracle Supply Planning a plus

Pay Rate: $85,000 - $95,000, and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
