We have recently partnered with a leading-edge, locally-owned accounting and consulting firm that is seeking to add a forward-thinking professional to their tax consulting team on a 100% Work-From-Anywhere basis.

With a single-digit turnover percentage, our client is looking for people that are looking for CAREER opportunities - not just a stop-gap on their resume.

In this role, our client is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with:

• 2+ years of Public Accounting Experience in a Tax Environment
• Client focus is predominately on mid-sized, privately-held corporations with a fairly strong focus in the construction, real estate, homebuilding, commercial construction, professional services, oil and gas, technology, and business consulting arenas
• Solid experience working with MS Excel
• Quickbooks experience a plus
• Lacerte experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Prepare 1120's, 1065's, 1040 and 1041 tax returns
• Enjoy interfacing with client senior leadership & providing tax consulting strategies for client's short and long-term goals
• Have a demonstrated ability to gather complex data and distill it into information that is understandable for non-tax business leaders
• Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of complex tax issues
• Work hand-in-hand with firm leadership to provide tax planning and research support and assistance
