Senior Tax Associate (Hybrid or remote)

Hyannis, MA

Are you looking to move away from a Tax prep heavy role so you can become more of a tax consultant?

This Cape Cod based firm has no concerns about having a remote workforce. They’d love you to come into the office once a month if you’re commutable, or once a quarter if not, to get to know your teammates. They aren’t a Tax shop, they are a relationship let tax advisor so they work with their clients all year round.

• You will be involved with accounting, payroll, analytics and tax consultancy as well as returns for tax season.
• You will work maximum 53 hours during busy season however the firm believes very strongly in eliminating the tax season heaviness and plan to reduce this so that they work steady hours all year round

• You will gain exposure to a varied client base including nonprofits
• You’ll be given CSR days to go out and make a difference within the community

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
