Description:

JOB PURPOSE: To develop, implement and administer enterprise strategic cash deployment plans that contribute to shareholder value.

JOB DUTIES: The Senior Treasury Operations Specialist job duties / responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Consistent execution of the cash deployment process including financial metric modeling with a strong focus on financial strength

• Analyze alternatives and prepare shareholder return recommendations including the quarterly dividend and share repurchase

• Analyze and prepare recommendations for pension and other post-retirement benefit plan funding strategies

• Prepare financial projections and model scenarios in collaboration with the Corporate Forecasting team

• Prepare executive-level monthly/quarterly financial reporting commensurate with the responsibilities of the desk

• Analyze and evaluate impacts of M&A strategies on corporate financial health

• Work with Corporate Cash, Internal Funding and Corporate Tax teams to ensure adequate cash availability for deployment on a global basis

• Monitor enterprise cash flow and research

• Analyze and recommend new and unique financial strategies that support the enterprise strategy
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in finance OR a bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting paired with relevant work experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience

• Demonstrated initiative, leadership, judgment and decision-making skills

• Ability to work effectively and independently with people at all levels within and outside the department

• Strong focus on accuracy and quality work while completing time-sensitive deliverables

• Excellent project management, leadership and written/oral/interpersonal communications skills

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a variety of work environments and circumstances

• Knowledge of other Treasury and business functions is desirable
