Summary
Responsible for the delivery of personal trust and investment management services to clients of the Wealth Management and Trust Division. Provides financial services and consultation to clients through the personal administration of Trusts, Foundations, Estates, Agencies, Custodies and Individual Retirement Accounts.

Essential Functions
  • Coordinates the administration of assigned accounts to include investment management and various types of fiduciary accounts
  • Ensure client satisfaction and the proper execution of the Bank's fiduciary duties pursuant to governing legal documents and applicable laws
  • Manages various types of Trust related accounts; ensuring compliance and that client needs are met
  • Handle accounts where Bank is named as executor to manage entire process of settling estates
  • Perform essential investment management duties in conjunction with relevant polices
  • Deals with institutional clients and boards to deliver investment and foundation services
  • Responsible for the development of new business within scope of Division's goals
  • Network with centers of influence
  • Operations/administration
  • Employee development, training and mentoring
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Experience, Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (business or law)
  • Minimum 10+ years related experience (trust, investments, finance/accounting, legal) highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Trust and Estate Planning concepts
  • Experience working with and interpreting legal documents and/or contracts
  • Investment knowledge, research and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide excellent and consistent customer service; build advisory relationships
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive customer/bank matters
  • Attention to detail, thorough documentation and multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Equipment Used
  • Standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.

Supervisory Responsibility
  • Direct supervision of Trust Assistant

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
  • Office setting
  • May require travel to client locations
  • May require attendance at events after normal business hours
