This role provides prompt and courteous service to all guests, encouraging the guest to return again and create
extraordinary experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Duties are as follows but are not limited to:
- Clean and set tables to restaurant standards
- Running food
- Assisting the bar
- Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish room or other specified area
- Pull dirty plates from tables while guests are still seated
- Serve beverages promptly
- Stock bussing stations
- Deliver required food plates or beverages as necessary
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary
Skills:
- The position requires effective communication with the front of house and back of house departments.
- Ability to present and conduct oneself professionally
- Minimum knowledge, previous experience not required
- Flexible schedule required, to include AM/PM, weekends, and holidays
